All of our bicycles are backed by a solid manufacturer’s warranty that includes 1-year "bumper-to-bumper" coverage on defective parts; and either a lifetime or 5-year warranty on the bicycle frame (length of frame warranty depends upon the specific make and model).

Accordingly, OVB offers free lifetime service on each and every bike we sell. This includes brake and gear adjustments, tire inflation, lubrication, and a multi-point, safety inspection. We recommend that our customers bring their bike in for their first free checkup after 30 days of riding, or about 100 miles.
